 ITNOJ, LLC d/b/a Kozy Korner Housekeepers  (Kozy Korner Housekeepers "KKHK" “we,” “us,” or “our ) respects the privacy of its clients and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information KKHK may collect, how that information may be used and shared, and the choices available to clients.

1. Information We May Collect

KKHK may collect information reasonably necessary to operate the business and provide services, including a client's name, phone number, email address, service or property address, booking details, service history, payment-related information, communications with KKHK, and service photographs or video when applicable.
 

Service documentation photographs used for internal business purposes are separate from photographs or video authorized for marketing under KKHK's Photo & Video Marketing Permission Form.

2. How We Use Information

KKHK may use personal information to provide estimates and cleaning services; schedule and manage appointments; communicate with clients; process payments; maintain service, accounting, tax, insurance, and business records; respond to questions or concerns; protect the safety and legal rights of KKHK and its clients; and improve business operations.

3. Sale of Personal Information

KKHK does not sell, rent, or trade client personal information for marketing purposes.

4. Service Providers

KKHK may share only the information reasonably necessary with trusted service providers that support business operations, such as appointment scheduling, payment processing, website hosting, email communications, and related business systems. This sharing does not authorize the sale of client information for unrelated marketing purposes.

5. Payment Information

Online payments are processed through the applicable payment-processing provider. KKHK does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers in its own business records.

6. Photographs and Video

KKHK may maintain photographs or video for legitimate internal service documentation as described in the Customer Cleaning Service Agreement. Marketing or promotional use is governed by the client's separate Photo & Video Marketing Permission Form and the specific permissions selected by the client.
 

A client may withdraw previously granted marketing permission for future use. Withdrawal does not require KKHK to recall, remove, or destroy materials that were already printed, distributed, or published before the withdrawal was received.

7. Marketing Communications

When permitted, KKHK may send promotions, seasonal offers, service updates, or other business news by email or other appropriate communication methods. Clients may unsubscribe or opt out of future optional marketing communications.
 

Operational communications needed to provide a booked service - such as appointment confirmations, service updates, or receipts - are separate from optional marketing communications.

8. Cookies and Website Information

KKHK's website and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, security, functionality, and to understand website activity. These technologies may collect basic technical information such as browser or device information, IP address, and website usage data.

9. Information Retention

KKHK retains client and business records only as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business, accounting, tax, insurance, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. When information is no longer reasonably needed, KKHK may securely delete or dispose of it as appropriate.

10. Information Security

KKHK uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect client information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and KKHK cannot promise absolute security.

11. Client Privacy Requests

Clients may contact KKHK to ask about personal information maintained about them, request correction or updating of inaccurate information, request deletion of information that KKHK is not legally or operationally required to retain, or withdraw marketing permission for future use. Some information may need to be retained to satisfy legitimate business, accounting, tax, insurance, legal, or recordkeeping obligations.

12. Legal, Insurance, and Safety Disclosures

KKHK may disclose information when required by applicable law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address legal rights, insurance matters, fraud, security, or safety concerns.

13. Children's Privacy

KKHK's website and online services are intended for adults. KKHK does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

KKHK may update this Privacy Policy as its business practices, technology, service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will display its effective or revised date.
